BountyScope

Terms of service

Last updated October 8, 2026

These terms apply to the BountyScope mobile app and the bountyscope.app website (together, the “Service”), provided by AppZoot Inc. (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

1. The Service

BountyScope identifies ONE PIECE Card Game cards from your phone’s camera and shows card details, market prices, graded values and recent sales. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Prices are estimates

Prices and sales shown in the Service come from third-party market data and are estimates. They can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, and card identification can also be wrong. Check the card and its price yourself before you buy, sell or trade. We are not responsible for losses that result from relying on information in the Service.

3. Subscriptions and purchases

Some features may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them, which you can do at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

4. Acceptable use

When you use the Service, you agree not to:

  • break any law;
  • disrupt, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its servers;
  • scrape, copy or collect data from the Service by automated means, or resell it;
  • reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
  • use the Service to infringe anyone else’s rights.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and text, belongs to AppZoot Inc. or its licensors. ONE PIECE, the ONE PIECE Card Game, and the card names and artwork shown in the Service are the property of their respective owners, including Eiichiro Oda, Shueisha, Toei Animation and Bandai. BountyScope is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by them. Other names, such as eBay, are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe where data comes from.

6. Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how we handle your information.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don’t promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or accurate. Nothing in the Service is financial or investment advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, AppZoot Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these exclusions or limits, so they may not all apply to you.

9. Indemnity

You agree to cover our losses and costs from claims made against us because you broke these terms or misused the Service.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be decided by the courts of Alberta, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
